Description

If you were listening carefully last week you will recall that I mentioned staying at a hotel in Syracuse that left me more than a little underwhelmed.
With that in mind Ant wanted to ask me about the worst (& best) hotels I had found myself in over the years. Well, that kind of opened the floodgates a little, so prepare yourself for gin-soaked landladies, orange nylon sheets and a strange scratching under the floor....
And for those TCD patrons amongst you, there is even a bonus (and true) hotel story "The Uninvited Guest" on this month's Odds n'Sodcast - a great reason to embrace your inner purple and support the podcast.
Oh, and please forgive Ant sounding Barry White-esque - he was nursing a bit of a head cold.
Stay safe,
h

Lead singer of Marillion, father, hippy, punk, soul singer, progressive rockstar (wtf!), defender of the faith, voice of reason in a world gone crazy... ...and now podcaster. Join me as I talk about my life and what is rambling around in my head. Along the way I will focus on some of the stories that have shaped my career and my life, as well as reading from my diaries and offering my take on the wider world. Stay safe, h P.S I began this journey just as CoVid-19 took hold and changed our lives, possibly forever, so it seems apt to reference that in the naming of the podcast.
