Description

I don't think we planned it to be this way, but Chapter 21 turned out to be quite a reflective conversation.
Ant & I had been talking about the the first Albert Hall gig, after we had finished recording the live special last week, at which point we decided to make that the subject of this weeks chat.
The idea had been to get into the backstory of how the gig came about, and that we did, but then we meandered a bit...
After that, I got back on chronological track for the diary section (during which I lost my shit), before wrapping up with a guide to falling foul of US customs & strange pets.
Well, what DO you call a dog who works in a Post Office?...
Love 'n handstands, crazy kids

Lead singer of Marillion, father, hippy, punk, soul singer, progressive rockstar (wtf!), defender of the faith, voice of reason in a world gone crazy... ...and now podcaster. Join me as I talk about my life and what is rambling around in my head. Along the way I will focus on some of the stories that have shaped my career and my life, as well as reading from my diaries and offering my take on the wider world. Stay safe, h P.S I began this journey just as CoVid-19 took hold and changed our lives, possibly forever, so it seems apt to reference that in the naming of the podcast.
