And we're gonna call this measure what matters. Last week on The Elite dudes meeting, we went into something or the part of the telephone call that we'd like to talk about, which is Agent metrics. So the sales agent metrics. So there's a lot of pieces on a telephone, where you have the telemarketer piece, you have the leads, you have all of these different variables that enter the telephone call. And then on the back end, the final piece is once the sales agent gets a hold of the lead, right now that lead has made contact, there's somebody on the phone, and now we get over the sales agent, what we see or I guess it's just a human behavior is, is we want to get instant results, right? We want to we spend money on something we want to see that which we spend money turn into something that is beneficial for the agency, in this case, the sale, but there's a lot of parts of that, that go into it. And all of these things need to be measured along the way. But we're going to most specifically talk about the agent metrics. So measuring what matters.
