Description
The Toronto Maple Leafs shutout VGK to extend their win streak to three games while snapping the Golden Knights own three game win streak. VGK played its first game without William Karlsson, who is out with a broken foot. Brett Howden filled in but the Misfit Line couldn't generate any offense. Robin Lehner looked good in net but had nothing in front of him. Peter DeBoer said it was a lack of execution not a lack of effort that doomed VGK in the 4-0 loss. Up next: The Senators in Ottawa.
