Dr. Casey Means, MD is the Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer at Levels, a metabolic health company that provides individuals “real-time continuous glucose biofeedback coupled with machine-learning driven insights to inform personalized diet and lifestyle choices.” Glucose, unlike other biomarkers, provides us a closed biofeedback loop which if tracked helps us make better diet and lifestyle choices on the fly.
