Leslie (she/her) & Sus played rugby together in college at UMBC back in the mid 2000’s. They look back together, reflecting on the life changing bits of college rugby- how Leslie lost 60 pounds, learned how to be friends with women, & later how becoming the president of the club had its perks & its struggles.
They wrap up with how Leslie left the pitch to save her baby brother’s life & how she’s finding new ways to take care of herself & find joy in the athletic exploration of her kids.
The end is a little word cuddle puddle & an allusion to future events. Let’s get together & tear up Savannah 2022!! Enjoy fam ?
