Jess Neilson has been making an impact on women's rugby since she was 12 years old. From being an activist for girl's rights to play rugby to competing on a national level, and coming back to teach those lessons back to the community as a coach. Jess talks with us about her process of growing up rugby, dealing with her ups and down's in the sport, and how she found herself impacting rugby in new ways.
