Excited to share the story of nuestros amigos, Making Movies, one of the most hard working bands out there!  Formed in Kansas City, MO in 2009, Panamanian brothers Enrique and Diego Chi, along with Juan-Carlos Chaurand from Mexico joined us to talk about their musical journey, their passion for activism and giving back to the community, how Ruben Blades became their “padrino” and many other inspiring (and fun!) stories.  The band was nominated in 2019 for the Latin Grammy Album of the Year for their collaboration with Ruben Blades on the song “No Te Calles”.  Here’s la historia of Making Movies!
