We had amazing and fascinating chats about porn addiction and covered things like how common it is, what qualifies as a porn addiction, how to recognise if you or someone you love has a problem with porn, how porn works in the brain and the science behind how it rewires your neurologically, approaches to recovering from a porn addiction, the connection between gaming and porn addictions, the impact porn has on relationships and the negative effects on partners of those watching it, how masturbating to porn regularly actually causes damage in the brain and results in erectile dysfunction, the vicious cycle created that spirals into depression, cheating, lying, and other dysfunctional behaviours, and loads more!
