Serena left her role at Refinery29 in early 2020 to expand her personal brand, "SFK, the Queen of Confidence." Serena is well-known for being the  host of the first reality show entirely on Instagram Live: Let’s Fucking Date. Each week, Serena goes on a set-up, blind first date while thousands of her fans and friends watch in real time.
