I question if it really is harmful, or bad for us, or is it an unrealistic expectation that puts unnecessary pressure on us?. I also weigh the risks and benefits while discussing why some parts of the late diagnosis journey (and maybe even goals of neurodiversity) may be unrealistic for most of us.
