I talk at lengths about my travels all over the world and how obsessing over fitness nearly kept me from having the best time of my life.  I share the story of how I was so strict with intermittent fasting that I refused to try some of the most amazing hummus in The Middle East, how I taught English to underprivileged youth in Israel, how I volunteered with Holocaust survivors in Jerusalem and much much more. Why am I telling you all this?  Because after years of trial and error...I finally got to a point in which fitness doesn't take over every waking moment of my life. And I want you to achieve that, as well.
