5:14 - The process of entrepreneurship is always buying back your time in order to spend on higher-level activities, and add more value to your added time
7:15 - Whenever you start a business, you incur debt. This debt can come in many ways: life, financial, management, etc. You have to strategically plan which debt you can incur in order to pay it back properly
9:48 - The two major frameworks to takeaway: hire in reverse order of value that you are providing and be mindful of the type of debt you are incurring.
