Kelsi Dahlia is a fierce competitor but says that gratitude and life-balance is what helps her get through tough times. She is fresh off winning the ISL Finals in the 100 meter butterfly, defeating the current World Record holder. Outside the pool she is devoted to her church, family and community. ABOUT KELSI DAHLIA: Kelsi Dahlia is a professional American swimmer who specializes in butterfly and freestyle events. She is a NCAA & World Record holder, a 2016 Olympic gold medalist and 2020 Tokyo Olympic hopeful. She qualified for the 2016 Rio Olympics in the 100-meter butterfly and won a gold medal in the 4 x 100-meter medley relay for swimming in the heats.
