Dr. Rebecca Ray is a Pilot turned clinical psychologist, now author, speaker, and student of life, on a mission: To use a science-backed, heart and hard truth approach to helping big-picture-thinking entrepreneurs, live a life that's fulfilling, unapologetic, and free.. Her message centers on the task of living bravely in the truth of our experiences as finders and seekers of inspiration and connection.
At the age of 15, she knew she wanted to be a psychologist. And 3 years later, was working towards her psych degree. But an ambitious yet fragile Rebecca at the time found herself taking a rather large detour to become a Pilot, following in the footsteps of her grandfather
What she thought was an exciting challenge, was really bone-deep fear and sabotage masquerading as ambition. So, she decided to humbly step out of her pilot’s uniform and back into her passion – psychology.
She said bye to self-sabotage and unhelpful scripts and hello to radical courage toward living the life she truly wanted.
Rebecca has been a Clinical Psychologist for the best part of two decades and since left the traditional work practice to inspire people on a global scale. She is the creator of digital courses including Overcoming Self-Sabotage: From Paralysis to Progress and Radical Courage: Transforming Fear into Freedom. She is the author of The Art of Self-Kindness, The Universe Listens to Brave and Be Happy: 35 Powerful Methods for Personal Growth and Well-Being.
