Kylee Zeck is a Holistic Health coach and certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. After years of healing her multiple chronic illnesses she aspires to empower individuals to take their health into their own hands and create their own healing journey.
When Kylee was a teenager her health took a turn for the worse after a long bout with mononucleosis. Months of chronic pain turned into years as doctor after doctor struggled to pin point a single diagnosis, but agreed she was exhibiting severe auto immunity. She was prescribed multiple medications over the years, which masked her autoimmune symptoms, but led to further health complications. After many years of frustration with multiple doctors, multiple medications, chronic pain and debilitating flare ups, Kylee felt this would be a life long struggle.
In 2016 her life radically changed when she learned how big of a role diet can play in health. She cut out processed foods, grains, dairy, refined sugars, and completely tapered off all medications. She has been in remission for almost four years and helps other people learn that food is medicine, you don’t need pharmaceutical drugs to be healthy, and the body has amazing abilities to heal itself if given the right conditions and nutrients.
Kylee learned to listen to her intuition to guide her through this healing process, and learned that as you begin to trust body, you will heal your body.
