The Colorado Avalanche started the season, like every other team, with an empty arena. Whenever their 2nd round series kicks off they will play in front of 10,500 screaming Avalanche fans as Ball Arena was granted an increase in fans.
One player who might not be there with the team is Jayson Megna who was added to the leagues COVID protocol list. It is not know the severity of him being added to the list and it could be just a contact tracing issue or something more severe. Let's hope Megna is ok and the COVID issues stop with him. We have already been through enough with COVID being Avs fans.
