The Colorado Avalanche looked like a different team, and a lot of that is likely due to players like Mikko Rantanen, Philipp Grubauer and Joonas Donskoi returning. Colorado got back on the winning side in taking both games of the back to back against the Sharks, but the Avs are going to have to do what they have done all year in having players step up for injuries after Sam Girard and Ryan Graves go down.
