We also look at the injury impact that the loss of Quintin Byfield will have on the rest of the lineup. We finish by discussing players that Wild fans should keep an eye on any time the Wild and Kings square off, as they do on Saturday!
On the Wild front, Sarah asks what sort of relief the State of Hockey felt when Kirill Kaprizov finally signed his extension. We also discuss what sort of roster development the Wild will have to cultivate when the Ryan Suter and Zach Parise buyouts reach their maximum amounts, with all eyes being on Marco Rossi, Adam Beckman and Matt Boldy. Sarah also asks who besides Kirill Kaprizov Kings fans should keep an eye on from the Wild roster.
We look at Saturday's game to finish things up. Sara wonders what the Kings need to do to slow down Kirill Kaprizov, with Seth suggesting they throw as much attention his way as possible. Seth is concerned about the potential of facing Jonathan Quick, who had good numbers against the Wild last year despite the Wild winning the series. Sarah says he may not even play, but either way we should be in for a great game between the two teams!
