The Minnesota Wild started their second half of the season with a 2-1 win over Chicago to keep their slim playoff chances alive. The Wild started the scoring on a goal from Jake Lucchini, his first goal with the Wild to make it 1-0. The Blackhawks tied the score in the second period on Nick Foligno's 10th goal of the year. The Wild took the lead for good in the third period on Marcus Foligno's 9th goal of the season to make it 2-1. Filip Gustavsson stopped 20 of 21 shots to pick up the win. Vinni Lettieri recorded two assists in his first game back after being on IR. The Wild host Pittsburgh on Friday night for their next game.
