Description

When you hear about tongue and lip ties, it’s usually associated with babies and breastfeeding. What many of us don’t realize is that if they go unaddressed, they’ll continue to impact us for our entire lives.

Jaw pain, headaches and migraines, teeth grinding, nervous system dysregulation. These are just a few of the chronic symptoms that adults with unreleased tongue and lip ties can experience.

In this episode, I’m sharing my experience with tongue and lip ties and the recurrent problems they’ve caused. So many of us are walking around completely tied up without realizing it and having all these symptoms that never seem to go away. I’m talking about what ties are, the symptoms I experienced as a child and an adult, the connection between ties and nervous system dysregulation, what to look for in a team of practitioners, and so much more!

If these symptoms sound familiar to you, I hope this episode will be a good jumping-off point for you to get the help that you need to live your life in a much more “unrestricted” way. I'm so curious what your thoughts are about this so definitely send me an email (support@nicolejardim.com) or message me on Instagram (@NicoleMJardim). Enjoy the episode!
