You see, last year I wrote about how 2018 was going to be the Year of The Woman and huge kudos to all of us because we definitely left our mark. This year I’m seeing that movement continue but in a more fearless way. This is why I’m deeming this the Year of Disruption.   Disruptive times mean disrupting narratives, disrupting old ways of thinking, and disrupting entire industries. It might even mean disrupting our long-held definitions of our own success.   This season, I’ll be asking lots of questions and finding answers for how we can incorporate disruption into our daily lives.
