I love a little something sweet after dinner. Like it doesn’t quite feel complete if I just eat my entree or main course and that’s it. And since this is kind of a boozy podcast, we’re gonna end our meal with a digestif. Digestif is defined in Wikipedia as - A digestive is drink,alcoholic or not, which is usually taken at the end of a meal, and which is supposed to help digestion and invigorate at the end of a long meal.  In today’s episode we’re finishing up the meal so to speak and talking about Digestif Culture.
