Another IT episode? That's right, two episodes dedicated to film adaptations in as many months. The legendary novel by Stephen King gets adapted much more competently in Andy Muschietti's very ambitious film series. If you are listening to this as a precursor to It: Chapter 2, fear not-- we announce when our discussion gets into spoiler territory. 
2017 stars the magnanimous Bill Skarsgård as It / Pennywise, Jaeden Lieberher as Bill Denbrough, Jeremy Ray Taylor as Ben Hanscom, Sophia Lillis as Beverly Marsh, Finn Wolfhard as Richie Tozier, Wyatt Oleff as Stanley Uris, Jack Dylan Grazer as Eddie Kaspbrak, and Chosen Jacobs as Mike Hanlon. Not only do we discuss easter eggs, nods to the books, and these actors' great performances, but we discuss the casting process for the sequel. 
It: Chapter 2 stars Jessica Chastain as the adult Beverly Marsh, James McAvoy as "Big: Bill, Bill Hader as Richie "Trashmouth" Tozier, Isaiah Mustafa  as Mike Hanlon, Jay Ryan as Ben "Haystack" Hanscom, James Ransone as Eddie Kaspbrak, and Andy Bean as Stanley "Slice 'Em Open" Uris. 
We discuss the film, our impressions, and where the franchise can go from here. Director, Andy Muschietti, is actively campaigning to do a supercut of both films combined, returning the deleted scenes, and even adding new ones. So yes, it is wholly possible that Slashers will do yet another episode on It... Beep beep.
