Description

To further celebrate Women in Horror Month (and 90's Horror Week), we gave Bryan the week off while Jake and Ciara reviewed The Craft. The film stars Robin Tunney (End of Days) as Sarah,  Fairuza Balk (The Island of Dr. Moreau) as Nancy, (a pre-Scream) Neve Campbell as Bonnie, Rachel True (Sharknado: Heart of Sharkness) as Rochelle, and (a pre-Scream) Skeet Ulrich as a creepy jock DOUCHEBAG.
In this episode, we discuss the comparisons between this film and Hocus Pocus (1993) and the works of J.K. Rowling. Sarah, whose mother passed away during her infancy, is a new student at a private school when she shows innate magical abilities, resulting in a duel involving wizardry and snakes. Sound familiar?
We also rank it upon the pantheon of Slashers greats!
