In the LOVE, SERVE, GROW framework I teach to build your business, I talk a LOT about BELIEFS.  And, more specifically, the idea of how to change your beliefs. However, I have noticed that a lot of people struggle because they are asking the wrong questions.  So, here’s the shift that I want to make.  Instead of asking yourself, "How do I change my beliefs?"  Start recognizing what your beliefs actually are and if they are TRUE or NOT.  Remember, you are not your story. You are the AUTHOR.  You have the power to decide what things mean in your life.  It's not about changing your beliefs. It's about learning how to tell different stories.
