Do you want a richer, more satisfying and more aligned presence in your life, or do you just want more?   In the process of epic self-discovery, identifying what lights us up and how we feel called to show up in the world can be both exhilarating and terrifying. It’s exhilarating because the more we practice, the more it feels like we’re coming home. However, sharing ideas and concepts that go against the grain of what is usually considered “acceptable” can be really terrifying. The waiting for judgement, loss in revenue or community can be enough to make someone say “nope, I’m not going to rock the boat”. Dialing it down and dialing in to the absolute essentials of what feels most fulfilling, necessary, life-giving and supportive to our well-being is such a necessary practice.
