#10: We all make mistakes when we are learning something new! In this episode I’m covering 5 feeding mistakes most parents make and how you can avoid them. I’ve made many of these baby feeding mistakes myself; but, luckily there are a few simple strategies you can put into practice when feeding your baby to make sure you are getting a safe start to solid foods with baby-led weaning.   In this episode I cover how to identify and respond to your baby’s hunger and fullness cues so you can know if your baby wants more food or is done with the meal. We will look at how much food should a baby eat and what proper portion sizes look like.
