Description
#17: How often should I feed my baby? How much should my baby eat? How do I schedule bottles or breastfeeding when my baby starts solid food? There are a LOT of questions about schedules when it comes to starting solid foods, and I’m answering ALL of them in this episode! I live and die by a schedule, but transitioning to solid foods will be a temporary disruption to your existing schedule. Don’t worry: in this episode I show you how often a baby should eat solid foods at different ages and stages. I explain how to increase solid food feedings as your baby starts to eat more and then how to start dropping a milk feed (breastmilk or formula) when the time is right. If you are worried your baby is not eating enough, I cover the amount of food you can expect your baby to eat. I also explain why I don’t provide recommended portion sizes of different foods and food groups for babies doing baby-led weaning. If you’re ready to raise an independent eater and prevent picky eating then let’s get started learning about baby-led weaning together! Subscribe, rate and review the podcast here.
