Description

#35: Babies don’t need snacks. This is a hard pill to swallow for some parents, but especially your early eaters - they just don’t need snacks. In this episode I’m sharing why your baby doesn’t need snacks and how you help them meet their nutrient needs from the meals they are learning to eat and the breastmilk and/or formula they are continuing to drink.   If you have older kids, then you’re well aware how snacks can sabotage even the most well-laid meal plan. Same goes for babies. I share some instances when snacks may be needed...but if you’re setting the stage for introducing your baby to new foods at mealtimes, make in between meal snacks the exception, not the rule!       If you’re ready to raise an independent eater and prevent picky eating then let’s get started learning about baby-led weaning together!
