Movement and exercise is a better answer. Strength training is essential for every kind of pain we have. The stronger we are, the more support we have for our joints, our backs, everything. Mobility and flexibility are essential for healthy backs. [10:30] Exercising to improve strength & mobility in the core, low back and pelvis [11:44] Exercising the core and the glutes creates strong muscles surrounding the pelvis, which helps muscles in the low back release.
