Weekly Wisdom #376 - It’s getting harder and harder to FOCUS! Did you know that on average American’s spend 4.7 hours on their phone per day?! And did you know that on average American’s watch upwards of 5 hours of TV per day?! You’re probably thinking, “Well Dean what does this mean for me?” What it means is that it is getting harder and harder to FOCUS on what is truly important in our lives. With the distractions of phones and TV and news and negative thoughts in our lives we all are guilty of focusin less and less on what matters on our journey of personal growth.
