The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly forum on Workplace Racism. This program is specifically crafted to boost our problem-solving abilities and to codify how black people think, speak, act and manage our emotions while at work. Any listeners who have figured out the best methods to minimize conflict with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other usual problems we experience under Racist work conditions should be first to call in and share details. We're always eager to hear the experiences of Black "entrepreneurs;" please, report on how being "self employed" alters the way you deal with Whites on the job. We'll hear counter-racist strategies from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work environment. The holiday season continues, and some of our listeners have angered Whites for declining to attend office parties.
