The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. This program is specifically engineered to refine problem-solving and to codify how black people think, speak, act and control our emotions while on the job. Any listeners who have calculated the most effective methods to reduce problems with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other usual problems we experience under Racist work conditions should be first to call in and share specifics. Black "entrepreneurs" are encouraged to share their experiences with Racism being "self employed." We'll hear potential strategies from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work environment.
