The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. This program is specifically conscturcted to boost our problem-solving abilities and to refine how black people think, speak, act and control our emotions while on the job. Any listeners who have unearthed the optimal techniques to minimize conflict with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other typical problems we experience under Racist work conditions should be first to call in and share specifics. We always welcome the experiences of Black "entrepreneurs;" please, report how being "self employed" alters your contact with Whites on the job. We'll hear counter-racist recommendations from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work environment. Gus encourages non-white people to document our workplace experiences.
