The reason for this broadcast is to improve non-white people's problem-solving skills and to refine how black people think, speak, act and control emotions while on the job. Any listeners who've figured out the optimal technique to eliminate conflict with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or other racial abuse we experience under Racist labor conditions should be first to call in and share specifics.
