Her family moved back into the Sun Valley area when her husband was finishing college, and ended up falling in love with the city and everything it has to offer. In her interview with Chris Reese, Michelle said she has been on the hunt for Madison’s best rooftop restaurants. Her favorite is Camp Trippalindee, located on the top of the Graduate Hotel, overlooking Langdon Street. a joint inspired by 1980s camp movies, rural Wisco taverns and the all-out joy of being a kid. Fun and easy eats like walking tacos, double stacked burgers and craft beers (delivered in Koozies!) will delight. She also recommends checking out the open area bar and grill on the top of the Marriott Hotel, where you can find tapas, small plates, and light dinner options. Michelle says her family is very outdoorsy, spending their summer days biking around Lake Monona or spending time on the family boat. She and her husband love to attend Badger sporting events, concerts on the square and Madison’s most popular ice cream spots, like Babcock Hall. Ashley Jacobs is hosting Mom’s Day Off right here in Madison Ashley Jacobs is one of those inspiring individuals that everyone should meet! She is a hard-working mom of two, an entrepreneur and a real estate agent here in Madison! Ashley says she loves the fact that Madison is a big city that retains a small-town feel. Mom’s Day Off will take place on April 22nd at the Angel Park Pavillion.
