Description
Haters gonna hate. I imagine you’ve experienced this before. You told your friends and/or family about some big goal you wanted to achieve, only to hear them go on and on about how and why you can’t do it. Weird how that works. And that’s why I refuse to share my goals with anyone. Nope. Nope. Nope. Not doing it. Because whenever I do, people try to inject their own doubts and perceived limitations into my zone of greatness. So I’m done with it. Never again. Way back in the 1930s, the great Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich, was encouraging his readers and listeners to do the same. To let their goals speak for themselves in deeds, actions, and results. In other words, the best time to reveal your goals is when you’ve achieved them, after the fact. In today’s Flashback Friday episode of The Quote of The Day Show, Hill covers his top 5 tips for carrying out your major purpose in life, including this one: “Keep your major purpose strictly to yourself.” Today’s clip is from the audio program Napoleon Hill in His Own Voice: Rare Recordings of His Lectures available on Audible.
