Paleo is not just a diet; it’s a lifestyle that evolves from a rigorous perspective on healthy eating. It focuses on long-term health, adhering to the 85/15 rule, where 85% of your diet consists of local, sustainably produced meats, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds, and 15% consists of less healthful foods chosen based on taste and enjoyment.
