Book Three: The White Mobs
Zeke and his clan had the small outpost surrounded. They hadn’t started their destruction just yet, as they were still looking around to understand better who inhabited the place.
Ben made the brave decision of going down there and talking to them. Micah, Jerry, Tom, and I remained hidden on the top floor of the lighthouse. Before going away, Ben showed us a set of concealed windows through which we could watch what was going on down below.
The four of us stayed glued to the small windows while we saw Ben come out of the lighthouse and walk up to Zeke. We could see and hear everything that was going on.
Ben confidently walked past all of Zeke’s henchmen and confronted Zeke face to face.
Oi, stranger! What are you lads doing here, eh? Don’t you guys know that this is private property and all that?
Who are you?
Zeke asked.
Who are you lot? Did you come here to join my clan? Because we’re not taking admissions right now. You’ll have to check back with us later this year. You can write down your names and I’ll revise them when I feel like it,
Ben said.
Enough with this! You’re quite a joker, aren’t you? What if we kill you and destroy your houses and lay waste to your lighthouse? Do you have a joke about that, too?
Zeke asked.
I do actually. It involves your lot and my clan of twenty-five players and each of their dogs tearing your little iron armors apart…if you don’t leave right now,
Ben said.
Zeke looked around, checking to see if there was any sign of other players.
I think you’re lying!
Zeke said to Ben.
Try me!
Ben said.
Well if you have that many players in your clan, how come there are only four of these rather small houses here, huh?
Zeke asked.
Most of the players live inside the lighthouse, you genius. Why do you think it’s so big? If you have any shadow of doubt about us, you are free to stick around until the guys get back from their trip in the forest. It’s quite an impressive sight, actually,
Ben said.
Zeke took a long look at the lighthouse and for a moment I feared that he would see us. Luckily he didn’t. He looked back at Ben.
Okay then. We’ll leave. I hope, for your sake, that you were telling the truth. Because if there’s no clan backing you up, we will tear down everything here, block by block and we’ll send you to the Nether,
Zeke said.
Off you go, then! Goodbye! Adios!
Ben said.
Zeke’s men got their leader’s signal and all of them formed up. Zeke then started walking towards the forest, his men following closely.
The dogs kept barking until the hostiles were gone. When Ben lost sight of Zeke and his men, he finally turned
