Dear Reader,

If someone had told me ten years ago that I would one day be writing a book about love, relationships, and how the power of radical self-acceptance can transform our lives, I would have laughed in their face - or more likely, cried tears of hopeless despair. Back then, I was the last person on earth who seemed qualified to offer guidance on matters of the heart.

You see, for most of my life, love had been a source of constant struggle, and confusion. From a childhood marked by abandonment and emotional turmoil to a string of toxic relationships that left me feeling shattered and worthless, I had come to believe that I was fundamentally broken when it came to intimacy and connection.

No matter how hard I tried to get it right - whether through people-pleasing, or mind-game love guru advice - I kept finding myself in the same painful patterns, the same hopeless cycles of yearning and heartbreak. I had convinced myself that I was simply too damaged, too needy, too much for anyone to truly love and accept me for who I AM.

But life has a funny way of bringing us to our knees when we most need to wake up. For me, that wake-up call came in the form of a devastating loss - one that shattered my world and my sense of self so completely, that I had no choice but to finally face the wounds I had been running from my whole life.

It is here in this crucible of grief and surrender that my path toward deep inner healing began - a journey that made me question everything about love and ultimately change my reality from within.

Through a powerful combination of spiritual growth, and radical self-inquiry, I slowly began to unravel the limiting beliefs, fears, and patterns that had been blocking me from the love I craved. I learned to heal my past traumas, reclaim my worth and desires, and cultivate a relationship with myself that was grounded in unconditional acceptance, unwavering compassion, and fierce, loyal love.

And as I began to embody this new way of being, something miraculous started happening in my outer world as well. I found myself attracting healthy, supportive, and soul-nurturing relationships - not because I had finally fixed myself or become some perfect version of what I thought others wanted, but because I had finally learned to love and honor myself first.

These words were what gave birth to the 70/30 Love Code – a framework that aimed at creating complete transformations in our love lives through self-love, inner healing, and genuine expression over everything else. As soon as I started sharing this idea with my family as well as friends who in turn shared it with others leading to incredible breakthroughs; I realized that my life would never be the same again.

But this message was not meant to stay within the confines of my private world alone. For some reason deep down in my soul; I knew that these tools had to be shared with every person who had ever struggled with love craved deeper intimacy or questioned whether they deserved any form of happiness including myself I think which is true in almost everyone one this Earthly planet we live together.

And so, The 70/30 Rx was born - not just as a book, but as a living, breathing love letter to the human heart in all its tender, tenacious glory. Every word, every story, every practice in these pages was channeled from the depths of my own journey and the countless brave souls I have been privileged to witness on theirs.
