About this ebook

No job, no money, no love life Bianca felt like the whole world was against her. Having spent days and weeks looking for a job she had all but given up. That was until she saw a short job ad from a local pharmaceutical company looking for a secretary/personal assistant. They stated they needed an open-minded person, a recent photo and not much else. Nor did they provide any information about the specifics of the job.

She hadn't expected a reply, but got one almost immediately and the next morning she found herself in the reception of `LactoLift Pharmaceuticals`. The name was odd, but nothing compared to how the rest of her day would turn out.

Soon she would discover that the "open-minded" part of the job meant the she would allow herself to be freely used by her co-workers.

    Chapter 1

    Bianca stared at the rain pouring down outside. Her coffee had gone cold. Much like her love life and her financial situation. Sighing she took another sip of cold coffee and returned her gaze to the laptop in front of her. She had to find a job fast, or she would get kicked out of her flat soon. She sighed again.

    It had been the worst month of her life or at least it felt that way. Her boyfriend had left her a few weeks ago, her previous employer had laid her off together with a lot of other people, and she was supposed to begin paying off her student loans in less than two months. Her savings account was all but empty, and it seemed like no one was hiring at all these days. Well, not the places she wanted to work anyway. And if they did, the salary was way too low or her commute time too long.

    She went back to scrolling through the ads for some time, before making herself another cup of coffee, the other one had grown too cold. As she stood leaning against the kitchen table waiting for the coffee to brew, she contemplated going back to bed and spending the afternoon in the good company of her vibrators. That wouldn't be as depressing as this.

    She had just about given up on finding something when she noticed a small advert that had just popped up at the end of the list;

    Female secretary/PA with an open mind wanted. Email the address below with your contact information, age, and a recent photo. We will reply within 12 hours.

    Was it even legal to specify the gender like that? As she looked at the page the advert disappeared and if she hadn't already copied the email address from it, it was as if it had never existed. The obvious gender discrimination put her off for about two seconds before the need for cash in her bank account took over.

    As the advert had been online for less than a minute or two she felt like only a few people could have seen it, increasing her chances of getting an interview. It seemed strange that they
