When you feel a heavy load..

In your heart and your mind..

When you are trying hard to withhold..

And no one is being kind...

When you feel you reached the threshold...

And wanna escape where no one can find...

Just close your eyes and hold

Act like you are blind..

hear not what's being told...

Leave your worries behind..

And wait for a new day to unfold…

It's okay to feel weak, to feel defeated, to believe you've lost. What's crucial is to endure through it all, ensuring you live to face another day.

While many advise you to 'stay strong' and 'fight your problems,' it's important to acknowledge that some challenges are mental, and others are beyond your control.

You can't always combat something you can't see.

In the words of Rocky, it's not just about how hard you can hit but how hard you can get hit and still stand up. Life is bound to throw punches your way sooner or later; that's inevitable. What truly matters is your ability to stand up again.
