About the Authors
Ramona Mooney
wa4.jpegRamona completed her BA at Michigan State University in Clothing and Textiles, Retailing with a Cross-Cultural Emphasis. She has a two-year Associate’s Degree from The Laguna Beach School of Art (now Laguna Academy of Art and Design). For those two years, in an intensive program with Professor Ray Jacobs, she gained empirical knowledge of the innovative works of the German Bauhaus School (1919-1933) where Paul Klee, Wassily Kandinsky and Laszlo Nagy teachings brought color and design to its base psychological influences.
Raised in the Detroit suburbs, Ramona lived in California for six years followed by living in Hawaii (Oahu and Kauai) for another six years. On Kauai, she studied with Serge Kahili King, learning the philosophy of Huna.
She also took the time to complete sales training sessions with Tom Hopkins and Zig Ziglar. She served on the board of The Women’s Council of Washtenaw County where she took charge of fundraising.
For thirty years she ran Michigan’s Mom Sewing Services, a design workroom based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Much to her client’s dismay, Ramona closed the workroom and stopped sewing to protect her hands, spine and eyes from premature decline. Her dreams pointed to a second career teaching the practical use of awareness for health and safety, imagination and intuition. To date she has her certifications with The John Maxwell Team, Empowerment Living and The Brain Revolution with lifetime access to the ongoing brain research being done by Dr. Daniel Amen and Dr. Joseph McClendon III.
Ramona has studied therapeutic healing arts and practiced professionally in California where she learned about the body’s energy fields, known as Chakras. She has had a pacifying effect on everyone. Her compassion and understanding are visible and tangible to her clients, friends and family. She says I noticed when people prayed or had a passionate dream, many could follow that dream until it became reality. I saw people heal one another, emotionally and physically. I learned there was a direct causal connection between emotions and physical health.
She speaks of brain health, neuro-communication and the psychological impact of our modern world in terms of color, design and vibrational energy.

Introduction
What to be, how to know yourself, how to relate to others; why ask?
We have such questions at every stage of our development. We get lost in the flood of information striving to get our attention and keep it. When, all the while, quite simply, we want to know what the information means and why it matters.
This is a book about knowing how to get your information from the highest authority, the information deep inside of you placed there by your maker. There is a spark that started your life, creating a curious mind. What can you be, how will you know what to do and who else will know who you are?
At the end of our lives, we want to truly be known to whoever became important to us.
Perhaps the whole world around us, our communities, our family, yourself.
Your authors have had parallel early childhood experiences concerning Intuition.
In this book we want to take you by the hand and walk you through the use of your own Intuition. We will define what your Intuition is by demystifying the process of Intuition.
We will reference scientific research about how our minds work and how we can access its power. We break it down into a simple, practical, workable process. And we will give you strategies for staying on track. You will learn to measure your discoveries and analyze the data to formulate real reasons to make changes in your life. We also help you to clarify the extent to which you have choices in life.
What we hope you will most remember from this book are the experiences we have had from using our Intuition our entire lives.
Most people believe their Intuition is a mystery. We will explain why it has been perceived that way and bring it home to you.
This book is intended for readers of all ages. We realize some younger readers may not understand certain terms, so please refer to the Glossary.
Our references to ancient wisdom will be through the lens of modern psychology which helps people find happiness and meaning in life. We are not psychologists. We are working parents who do as we preach to our children. We both know deep down in our hearts that commitment comes from the heart. And union comes from heart-centered communication. A lifetime of fulfillment comes from regularly accessing your heart.
Many of us see the world through a distorted lens of good and evil. Good on one side, evil on the other side. When we succeed at accessing our heart, following our heart and allowing its energy to return to us, we no longer need that dualistic kind of measurement. We will introduce you to a more profound way to measure the positive and the negative.
No matter what we tell you, the examples we give you or the logic we present to you, none of it will matter to you unless you have a way to respect the information, engage with it, question it, improve on it and connect it to your life. We will give you reasons to do so from your highest source.
There is something uniquely different though familiar about your authors.
They have allowed their lives to be led by intuitive feelings, consistently allowing Intuition to lead them throughout their adult personal and professional lives. This allowing
is key to creating the life you desire. Showing you how and why are the goals of this book.
Chapter 1
What it Means to be Authentic
A Magnet for the Law of Attraction
As human beings we come in all shapes and sizes. At any one point in time, we are also at different levels of development.
By being sensitive to it, you can better understand how developed someone else is by watching their body language and hearing them speak. We certainly know if their level coincides with our own level of development.
Sometimes we meet younger people with wisdom beyond our own. Often times we ourselves have thoughts way outside of anything we had ever previously thought.
When we keep track of our thoughts to build on an idea or dismantle a belief that no longer serves us, we make a breakthrough that raises our level of wisdom. And with that ascension comes an increase in our energy field, raising our vitality, increasing our power.
Why do we feel better with an increase in our energy field? Because we are learning more about who we truly are as a human being. Step by step we are becoming stronger, internally stronger and more clear about our abilities.
With this inner strength, our outward behavior becomes calm and accommodating and our movements become more graceful, less clumsy. Currently, people call this knowing; knowing your Authentic Self.
What does it mean to be authentic? It has been well described throughout time. For our purposes here I will try to describe it in a story.
This person is kind but with an inner strength that can move a mountain. She¹ believes nothing stands in her way and she is not in a hurry. She is content with everything happening in its own time frame; when her idea’s gestation is complete and not until then. She has nurtured it to its fruition, to its fully thriving real life’s expression.
She notices a heightened sense and beauty to everyday reality. As she touches the towels, folding the laundry in her kitchen, she remembers her very own baby blanket and how safe and loved she felt. She actualizes these thoughts by drifting to that memory.
Her priorities are toward anything that is about love, comfort, compassion, empathy, kindness, concern, consideration, calm and inclusiveness.
These qualities enhance her superpowers: a well-developed imagination with expansive creativity; focused to create the reality she chooses.
She knows she can create whatever she wishes for her future by focusing her thoughts. She knows when something is right for her, if, over time, it causes her to expand.
She is aware of the same chaos we all see, which still plagues the world. She can feel sad without being sad beyond
