I will start by acknowledging the Holy Spirit of God, my teacher. He has inspired me to write about the puzzles of this generation. Growing up, I had no clue I could ever write something interesting the world would read. In 2015, Jesus of Nazareth infiltrated my pen with inspiration. He wires up my intellectual quotient. In the hands of Jesus is found all the apparatus of mental ennoblement. Without his mercy, I’m like some ropy flotsam and jetsam in the turbulent river erudition.

Experience and old age are just good teachers, not the best. The Spirit of the Lord is the best teacher. Wisdom comes from the Lord.

Secondly, I acknowledge my spiritual father who is also my biological father figure, Rev Gabiga Clement of Grace Faith Missions International, Buea Cameroon. I thank him for his tutoring and prayers. He has given his all for me and poured out his grace on me. It’s been almost ten years since God brought me to him, and I never for once regretted being under his canopy.

In my days of vitriolic rejections, carcinogenic denigration and colossal suicidal contemplation, he stood up for me tirelessly like I was the only one he had left on Earth. Throughout 2021, my life was wrecked with melancholic depression and suicidal cogitations. I was damn devastated as the memory of the loss of my three siblings and biological dad and incessant personal sturm and drang kept me in devastation.

This angel from above, parading the Earth in the form of a pastor, kept counselling me and praying for me in person at least thrice a week for over 9 months throughout 2021. He relentlessly spent not less than 2-4 hours per sitting, just building my spiritual and
