    In 2015, among the adult population, heavy episodic alcohol use (in the past 30 days) was estimated at 18.4%, daily tobacco smoking at 15.2%, and past-year prevalence rates for cannabis, amphetamine, opioid, and cocaine use were 3.8%, 0.77%, 0.37%, and 0.35%, respectively (Degenhardt, 2018).
