Chapter One

It was three weeks since Karl’s visit to Trevor’s home, three weeks since his second fantasy had come to fruition. He had lived those three weeks on a high, relishing the experience of having had sex with his friend’s mother, Penelope, and elder sister Evangeline. It had seen him through the days of stress caused by his friend, and the pressures of studying.

Every day he had spent time going over what had happened, reliving every detail with surprising clarity. He used those moments alone, before saying goodbye, to fix her image in his mind, and did not hold on to the promise she made about having them to stay again soon, knowing that it depended on whether Trevor wanted to go home again.

For days after they returned to their flats, Trevor cursed his father and vowed never to speak to him again, let alone go home when he was there. Karl remained silent during Trevor’s tirades, knowing it was best not to say anything that would incite further outbursts of anger and cursing. He understood how Trevor felt, but the difference between Karl and Trevor was in how they they did or did not let it affect their daily lives. Karl did not let it affect him, but Trevor could not help himself and allowed it to impact on every aspect of his life.

After two weeks, Karl had had enough. He literally grabbed Trevor by the shoulders and shook him while telling him some home truths rather forcefully. Trevor had stared at Karl in utter shock for some minutes before breaking into tears.
