About this ebook
In these four walls you are welcome to roam free but don’t expect that to be a good thing, this here is a story of twisted love that starts in the middle and ends at the beginning, you can’t build just any type of four walls you have to build with love and passion, just be careful not to fill it up with violence and despise because you will regret it forever more.
This story takes you through a jagged history of what seems to be unrelated events scattered through history, only when you get to the beginning in the middle of the book do you realise that all events are related, all connected by a thin line of fate that attaches different time zones in history to one another, as you read through the delicately crafted verses you are witness to a serious of horrific events that will change the course of history.
If you are looking for a story about forbidden love and something scary then this is the book for you. The poet takes you on a roller coaster ride that unlike the conventional rides in the UK, the thrills here get more traumatic as you delve deeper into the pages, leaving you breathless and you will scream for more as you nervously look over your shoulder into the shadows.
This is the darkest book written by this upcoming author, it leaves no stone unturned and already people are whispering about the true meanings of what lies hidden in this book and in those for walls.

Just These Four Walls - Darren Hobson
Welcome to my abode.
Don’t get comfortable, don’t take off those shoes and for god’s sake keep your coat on, I might have welcomed you in with my biggest smile and my English charm but that does not mean you are welcome here, I maybe not the only host, I might not be the only person who is here, in sickness or health these are my four walls but these four walls are bitter yet strong, they are old and wise and have seen so much history.
What is a home to you? Somewhere to rest your head? Somewhere to play? To write? To fuck away your worries? Do you feel save in there, the front door locked twice and the back door boarded up, the double glazing gives you a false sense of security too honey! Do you understand that these four walls are not and never will be in the same physical place every again? We are spinning around on a piece of rock that in turn is spinning around other pieces of rock so your four walls are moving in space and time. What if the rules were broken, what would happen if someone or something bent time and space and all those special moments you had collided together into one thick pea soup of a dinner? What if the person you fear could just walk through walls, walk through time and walk through the many dimensions!
Our daily existence is based on hope and a little luck, it is full of fear and paranoia, full of excess and human loss, we try to survive in the best way possible, we try to surround ourselves with loved ones, to find a certain place in a world that is so cruel and unpredictable, if our shitty characters or souls cannot be lived with then we arm ourselves with cats and dogs or a dead fish or two. Sometimes it gets too much, sometimes we regret missed opportunities, sometimes we wish to hide from society by closing ourselves behind locked doors , hiding in our shells, confessing to the bottle and other inappropriate actions that would be so shocking if somebody knew where you warmed your fingers.
You must heed the warnings, be wary of warnings, use your sixth sense and when you feel like someone has walked over your grave, then believe me it will be probably true. The shadows exist in reality but some shadows fall without light, some shadows are not attached to souls and some shadows are rotten scoundrels that should never be trusted. Don’t be fooled when you can’t see eyes watching you as you sip on wine and caress forbidden lands, the walls have ears, the dark has a soul and everything that is impossible has just become so real. Do not trust anything, nothing is what it seems, you are awake but dream, your dreams become living nightmares all that once was cannot but will happen again.
The rustle of leaves, the tapping of a branch on the window, the owl who always finds the right moment to hoot and scar the living daylights out of you, nothing is ever done by chance, everything is mapped out in the crazy web that is reality, that is until some twisted bitch grabs hold of the rule book and throws it on the fire.
We live in uncertain times, so much cruelty, so much bloodshed so many people trying to lead you into their dark fantasies of their mind, in the past we cowered in our safe havens, between our morbid four walls, switching off telephones, destroying our computers and blacking out the windows.
We thought we were safe, that is no longer so, material things these days are so history, when walls become doors, when floors become elevators you will regret the day you searched refuge in these u-welcome four walls.
Part I
The walls absorb succulent moments.
Just these four walls
In just the beginning of time, the human had searched refuge from nature and her harsh elements, the heat of the summer and the cold of mid-winter, the rain, the sleet and the solitude that comes knocking when the sun goes down. The human in the beginning did not build a home but hid in caves and crevices,
