About this ebook
Won’t Stop Moving is designed to help you remember the lessons that you have forgotten to remember. This book gives you the opportunity to remind yourself of what you already know, deep in your soul. You can’t stop moving, and you won’t stop moving, growing and evolving.
This is an oracle book. It works like oracle cards, but rather than shuffling, turn to the page number you’re called to, and receive a message that you are ready to learn or remember.
Or read the book sequentially. Or front to back, back to front, inside out or outside in. Read it upside down if you want, but I wouldn’t recommend it. You choose. You will be called to the lessons you need. Trust the process. Trust your instincts.

How This Works
This is an oracle book. It works like oracle cards, but rather than shuffling, turn to the page number you’re called to, and receive a message that you are ready to learn or remember.
Or read the book sequentially. Or front to back, back to front, inside out or outside in. Read it upside down if you want, but I wouldn’t recommend it. You choose. You will be called to the lessons you need. Trust the process. Trust your gut.
These are the lessons I have learned on my journey toward peace. I am not here to convince anyone of anything or to tell you how to heal/feel/be/exist. I am here to remind you of what you already know. To remind you of what you have forgotten. What you forgot to remember, and what you remembered to forget. You are here to have a human experience, but you have forgotten that you are not your thoughts. You are a clear body of water, and your thoughts are just sediment.
Enjoy.
1. Number One Lesson in Life
What you want and what you need are often two very different things. Now you say it.
What I want and what I need are often two very different things.
Repeat it.
What I want and what I need are often two very different things.
Accept it.
You want to know everything. You don’t need to know at all. The lessons are the point of life.
Thank you, Universe, for revealing to me what I need to know.
‘Need’ is the keyword. Think of cravings. You want meat; you need iron. You want sugar; you need energy.
2. Joy
There is always joy. Joy never leaves, but we can become unfocused to it. When we stare into the darkness and ruminate on the pain, we’re not looking at the
