About this ebook
This book is a compilation of personal thoughts, observations, reflections, and life's experiences. What started as a journal gradually turned into this formatted self-help project. It was written in such a way to encourage contemplation and looking inward at one's own thoughts, feelings, and emotions. In other ways, it explains invisible struggles that one might not otherwise have words for. Feel free to take your time reading through the short but thought-provoking chapters, and may you find comfort in each section.
A. M. Cook
A. M. Cook, D.C., M.S., is a chiropractor and nutritionist that has always had a passion for writing since the fourth grade. Like most imaginative and aspiring new writers, this passion started with fan-fictions of his favorite movies. As time progressed, this changed into fictional stories of his own. Outside of the classroom, Dr. Cook could usually be seen at your local bookstore. He is always eager to learn something new or to explore a new story. He is no stranger to venturing into the unknown. For instance, he is also a certified Skywarn Spotter. His other hobbies include playing instruments like his kalimba, guitars, or the piano. His inspiration generally comes from finding new music, revisiting old soundtracks, communing with nature, or simply living life.

Preface
Disclaimers and Exegesis:
The writings contained herein are recorded and self-manuscripted thoughts as they occured or otherwise eventuated by various methods and environmental sources of inspiration. This has been a project in the making since 2017.
Each reflection is purposed so as to surface intentional or subconscious desires for a particular or spontaneous outcome. The psychoanalysis of the former engagement corresponds to and assumes the conditions as established by prior experiences, introspection, and aspirations (tangible or otherwise).
On my personal conviction: the written Word of God, the Bible, has final authority in regards to satisfied discernment, and holds all legitimate and authoritative principles manifested unto truth. All thoughts recorded are such as immediate responses or contemplated behaviors from the aforementioned.
All unto the glory of God.
Chapter 1: And So, I Did...
The Error of Secrecy
If we say we claim peace but ignore the defilement of forged secrets, what have we truly gained? That thing you so desire—what manner of detail does it encompass? How significant?
Love can fall asleep at night with the burdens of the day and continue to fight for its object of interest the very next morning, lest the burden be proven the greater warrior.
And so, I did
The bravery you showed—it kept me going. And so, I did.
A dream for a moment
We together here share our dreams. We build them from scratch. The vision we saw was too beautiful to let die, we thought. And so, we worked until it was a reality.
You sought to learn my language, to communicate with me just to tell me, I love you.
